This hydrostatic test pump is designed for both high pressure hydrostatic testing and high-pressure chemical injection applications and weighs in at a lighter 120 lbs. Positive displacement, stroke rate adjustment for accuracy. Design using power piston size is 4', stroke length 2', cycles/minute adjustable to 100, and an input pressure of 100 PSI. The Mac-24 comes in plunger sizes ranging from 3/16 inches on up to 2 inches. At the highest operating pressure, 30,765 psi, and a plunger size of 3/16, this hydrostatic test pump handles a volume of .04 gallons per minute. Optional single Head Simplex.
